The cause of headache

 

      There are some  causes of headache. First, The cause of stress is work,relationship and being nervous. I always have a problem adout workship or school.For example,If Idon't go my work well, I have a stress.Also, I'm nervos when I have a presentation.Secondly, there are lack of sleep.I sleep for only 3-4 hours. This all causes happen in physical exhaustion.
